President, Evite
Hans Woolley was named President of Evite, an operating business of IAC, in May 2009. Prior to joining Evite, Mr Woolley was a co-founder of Pronto.com and served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer.
As a member of the Pronto.com Management Team, he led the evolution of the site focusing on innovation, rapid delivery and scale to support 14 million unique monthly users (as of December 2008). Mr. Woolley led the Technology organization and was responsible for technical strategy and alignment in addition to managing the delivery of all web products.
Prior to his time at Pronto.com, he served in various roles at SeeBeyond, Inc. (now Sun MicroSystems, Inc.) including leading the Enterprise Software Automation Team.
Mr. Woolley has a B.S. in Computer Science from California Polytechnic University.
